for Participants
- There is no
registration fee for the meeting.
- Local hospitality will be provided by the host
institute from the funds with generous support of HRI, Allahabad;
IMSc, Chennai; SINP, Kolkata, & TIFR, Mumbai.
- At this point of time no travel support is possible
for any participant. A proposal has been submitted to the DST for
travel and per-diem support for participants from non DAE
institutions.
- Participants are expected to reach the Guest Houses
on their own. No local conveyance will be provided.
- The meeting venue is walking distance from both the
guest houses.
